I’ve been trying to think of interesting ways to announce that we’ve begun HVAC and plumbing work, and come up empty.
HVAC isn’t pretty. It isn’t really exciting. It doesn’t qualify as fun. But the people inside the building sure think it’s great!
Plumbing is even less pretty. It’s not very photogenic… but again, our partners at the hub are happy it’s happenin’.
What is of note is that our contractors are doing great work… and believe me that we’ve already had our fair share of bad contractors on this job!
So, here I’ll take the opportunity to thank Boer Brothers Heating and Cooling for making short work of installing multiple HVAC units at 902 N Mangum. You can see their work in progress in this photo, complete with large crane and hard hats, which I think we can all agree are fun. Even little kids like to walk around in hard hats while driving an RC crane around the living room.
Another big thanks goes out to Jordan Plumbing and Piping, who has impressed us with their professionalism and promptness. This family-owned business has been serving Durham County since 2001, and advertises that they treat “every customer like they were a part of our family.” We’re happy to call Mr. Jordan our partner in this project.
