Our high bay light fixtures are all wired up in the food hub’s warehouse. Originally intended for our Mangum-facing two-bay space, we found these fixtures to be a better fit for the warehouse.
As you know our two-bay space has an abundance of natural light coming from glass-paneled overhead bay doors that face West, the once-again transparent wall of windows facing North, and a restored glass-paned door with transom window. We quickly discovered that the fixtures’ size and immense light output were a little overkill. So, Ryan King Electric Co. moved the lamps and installed them in the warehouse.
These new lamps were selected to match the esthetic of the historic lights, which we found impractical to repair and rewire. They also fit the industrial feel that we’ve carried throughout the building and provide softer lighting than their spastic fluorescent predecessors.
